Mercy is an insurance professional with over 17 years of experience in account management and customer service who has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and is working on her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.  Mercy services the commercial lines accounts for Beth Carter-Drury and David Strassel.

She is one of Eagan Insurance Agency’s foremost Account Executives, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

She and her husband have two children and live in Metairie.
