Joyce is the Personal Lines Manager at Eagan Insurance Agency and Manager of Antea, Inc. She is well prepared to advise and serve customer needs with over 30 years of experience.
Joyce earned a Masters degree in Education from Florida Atlantic University and achieved her Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1987. She is a past president of the Deep South Chapter of CPCU.
She began her insurance career at a large insurance company where she started as a claims adjuster. She moved to commercial account underwriting, then was named Supervisor of the Personal Lines Department. Rounding out her experience to cover both company and agency roles, Joyce continued her career as Personal Lines Manager for a large insurance agency before joining Eagan Insurance.
In addition to her active career in the insurance industry, Joyce places retired racing greyhounds with permanent families for Greyhound Pets of America. She is a longtime resident of Covington.
